Added IP to server's allowlist

How to added IP to server’s allowlist please,as I can only find the IP blocker.
I want to add the follwing IP to the allowlist:
104.199.32.134
23.251.142.64

to allow specific IPs access to your website, create a .htaccess file in the htdocs folder of your site (if you haven’t already) and add the following line:

Require ip [ip1] [ip2]

and replace [ip1] and [ip2] with the IP addresses you want to allow.

We don’t really block IP addresses from accessing our servers by default, so there is nothing to whitelist.

What do you see that makes you suspect these IP addresses are blocked?

I am trying to link my store to Prestashop,but faild(The shop has not been verified. Reason : Unable to call your shop),and was told the ip should add to server’s allowlist (104.199.32.134,23.251.142.64).

Their servers are probably blocked by this
