How can I add domains using CNAME(i.e. without changing my nameservers)?

You can’t. You MUST change your domain to our nameservers to be able to add the domain to your account.

It is available through Premium Hosting, if you would like to upgrade.
Also, I think that changing the nameservers once for verification and then re-changing them will not affect your site, but I am not sure, maybe @Admin knows the anwser to this.
