Add custom domain for hosting

I wanted to add my custom domain name " bdamodar.com.np " on infinityfree hosting. That domain has currently cloudflare nameservers. So, to host that domain on infinityfree, I have to change the NameServers to ns1.epizy.com and ns1.epizy.com but when I add these two records on cloudflare dns section, domain is not pointing towards these nameservers.

How do I setup DNS section of cloudflare in order to point my domain to infinityfree hosting (without actually chaning my nameservers from domain provider), Only by changing cloudflare DNS sections

You need to set it from your domain registrar. If your domain registrar is CloudFlare, tough luck then. Unless you transfer domain to another registrar.

my domain registrar takes upto 7 days to take my request.
Can I point using A records instead of nameservers?
