The staff are working on this problem currently. Please remain patient as if there are 191 posts every day containing almost the same message then it will only slow things down.
The best thing to do is to read the admin’s updates and wait while the situation is being resolved.

I just got information from iFastNet that they are installing the improved hardware and it should be online in a few hours.
Take the “in a few hours” with a grain of salt (that’s also what they said three days ago), but at least there is progress.

I was having the same issue, it kept going to that domain. It came back 15 minutes ago, but 5 minutes ago this started happening:
