I’m sorry you had to wait for so long. This was caused by an issue on our end. Please see the reply I wrote in this other topic (I also fixed the status for your account):
I have checked your account, and it seems that something went wrong in syncing the status of your account suspension with the hosting platform. And the suspension reason of your account is actually not reactivated automatically.
