What I’m seeing is:
The website was suspended just now. So I went onto my accounts page, opened the control panel and it said
Account Suspended Your account is suspended this could be due to reaching limits of your hosting plan or for abuse. Make a support ticket to Find Out More
It looks like something went wrong while syncing the status of your account from the hosting platform back to the client area.
I manually updated the status of your account, so you should be able to submit a support ticket now.
In case the control panel says the account is suspended but the client area does not, you can force the client area to update the status by attempting to change the password from the client area. This will fail (because the account is suspended) but also force the status to be updated.
