Suspended Website
Ok So my whole account got suspended because i made a webpage called “integreate” that is a duplicate for instagram . ok if this violates the rules (Which i didn’t know about) why does the other website that is called smart-zone-sharm-eg.great-site.net got suspended too?! this website is important for me as it is my father’s product store can you review it? Thank You.

also i would like to ask if he declined can i get a backup for sql and my files?

If you didn’t get a backup before the website was suspended, then you won’t be able to restore your site. InfinityFree doesn’t provide any backups, and if your account is suspended, you won’t be able to back-up your site yourself.
You can ask for a backup, yes. It will be up to the support agent if they are willing to provide one.
Please note that you should always have your own backup of your files just in case!
