Since you have violated the TOS, my best guess is you will be banned permanently.

Your account was suspended for violating the terms of service, so it probably won’t be reactivated. You are not allowed to host illegal/copyrighted content on free hosting (Or on any hosting for that matter).
But to answer your question, you can expect a reply during normal work time hours in the London timezone.

One of hosting is without content so why suspend
When you are suspended for TOS violation, all your accounts are suspended, no matter their content. We don’t want to host anything for you if you are going to break the rules.

Just in case, have you checked deactivation history for info?
It won’t show any details there besides “suspended” as it is a permanente suspension.

It is not relevant here, as we already know the suspension reason (suspended for abuse, violating the Terms of Service).

We cannot do that here. You have to raise a support ticket through the Client Area.
To reiterate, no one on this forum can do anything to reactivate your account. And Please stop spamming the topic, it won’t change the outcome.
