Suspended server for school project

I checked your account and I see it has already been reactivated. Based on what I see, it seems as if a bug was introduced to the automatic abuse scanners that caused a large number of accounts to be suspended. I guess the bug was fixed and all affected accounts reactivated, but they may not have bothered to reply to all the tickets that were raised as a consequence. Because I did check, and the number of tickets having been raised is VERY HIGH.
