Dear, my account mitrobusiness.rf.gd was suspended for no reason for the second time i think so i was working with one file when it kicked me and when i came back my account was suspended i promise there is nothing illegal or something that is against your policies please if you can check it as soon as possible since i am really frustrated because i’ve been working it for 2 months and it will hit me really hard if i lose everything since i even havent got files backup on my pc.
Check your client area to find the reason for suspension. If there’s an option to submit a ticket, do so and wait for some time. Account suspensions aren’t handled here.

Thank you so much i sent ticket a day ago and no one replied yet so i am realy frustrated and i wish my work wont get deleted
You’ll need to wait for their reply. If you reply again to the ticket again, before they do, it will delay things, so don’t do that.
This is why you need to keep backups. But even if they don’t agree to restore your site, support will often offer a full backup for you.

The reason is that you built a website dedicated to sharing pirated movies and games. That’s illegal, and we do not tolerate illegal activities on our service.
As for what happens next, you’ll have to discuss that in the ticket. We can’t help you with that here.

broo please help they got it back and it was all ok they said it was their mistake and now its suspended again i think that they definitely should disable automatic suspension since i didnt made any improvements so far
All you can do is raise another ticket.
This forum is a community support forum. Apart from Admin, none of us work for Infinity Free or IFastNet (as far as I know)
