Account Suspended – Request for Reactivation

If it was suspended for inactivity you can reactivate it yourself. Just click the reactivate button in the client area.

What distinguishes an account as being inactive? And how long can it be inactive?

I’m sure someone can correct me if I’m wrong, but I seem to remember than an account is deemed inactive when its had less than 5 hits in a 30 day period.

I am sure the page I have up doesn’t get 5 hits per month. Is there a way to check?

in your dashboard there’s the hits graph. But one visitor may generate more than 5 hits. since a hit and a visit are slightly different.
