Account suspended for inactivity and want to reactivate, also domain is not shown in client area to reactivate. Please help me to reactivate my suspended account

if your account has not received any visitors in 20-60 days, it will be deactivated.

If you want to reactivate your account, it’s very easy. Just login to your client area, click Manage next to the deactivated account and click the Reactivate button.

What do you see in client area? Can you find the suspended hosting account there?

I didn’t see the suspensed account in client area

I looked up the domain name and the account is linked to a different email address than the one you’re using to ask this question. Did you perhaps sign up with multiple email addresses? If so, please try logging in with any other email address you may have used.
