After .ct.ws problem, I tried to copy my data into a new domain, after copying the data and trying to paste it, the system froze then suspended my whole account, I sent a support ticket but recieved no answer, now I just want to remove the suspension so I can backup my data and database before they get removed and I lose my whole work
You’ll have to wait for a reply to the story ticket. We can’t do anything from the forum
The problem is nobody is answering the ticket, and 20-60 days after suspension my account may be closed permanently, meaning my database will be lost forever. All I need is a backup of the database only
When did you raise the ticket? It can take a little while to get a response. Or they may sometimes choose to close the ticket without responding. This is generally only in cases of serious abuse, such as sharing links to pirated software or pornography.
Ultimately though, there is literally nothing anyone on this forum can do to help you. Admin is the only member of the forum that works for InfinityFree (since he’s the owner), and none of us work for IFastNet. We cannot access your site files or database to provide a backup.
If you genuinly think you’re ticket has been missed, you can send another message on it, but be aware that will put it to the back of the queue again.

Not even Admin can help in this instance. The suspension, and backup proccess is handled by IFastNet, so they are the only one’s who can help.
I see you topic, and I have nothing to add. I don’t control the account review process.

Ok. Was the database intended to be accessed via an API or just in a browser? Because API hosting is against the T&C’s
