Error Message

Your account is Suspended For Abuse
Your account was suspended for a violation of our terms of service. Reasons for this may include harmful or illegal content, or because your account overloaded our servers.
To learn why your account was suspended, to get your account reactivated, or to request a backup, please submit a support ticket.
In some cases of severe abuse, we may choose to not provide any further information or provide access to account data.

Other Information

3 weeks ago I opened a support ticket asking for reactivation because AFAIK there is no reason for such (no illegal content, no terms of service violation, …). I got no answer despite 2 reminders inside the support ticket.
Is anyone would be able to help me ? I worked a bunch of hours on this project and I would really like not to lost it.
Thanks.

Hello,

Thanks for your answer. I actually done exactly what I am supposed to do as per this post i.e. in case of “suspended for abuse” to have your account reviewed submitting a Support Ticket.

But this ticket is getting no answer for 3 weeks now (stays always as “pending”). I am looking for a way my deactivated account to be really reviewed because I did nothing wrong with it.

Denis

Did you bump the ticket?
The forum is not the right place for handling your account suspension

Yeah. See in attachment.

I have no idea how to unlock the situation :frowning:

Then try bumping it again

That’s what I did this morning - again. Considering my 2 previous attempts to bump the ticket it’s like a bottle in the sea…

I understand the forum could be the wrong place but I was hoping to find someone able to reach the support and asking them to have a look on my case.

Thanks anyway

iFastNet are the people that deal with support tickets I believe, so @admin or anyone else can’t look any further (again, from my knowledge).

I’ve gotten suspended a couple of times before, you just need to be patient

I’ve seen this variant of issue before. If iFastNet customer support (which is the backend for InfinityFree’s support tickets) keeps setting your ticket to Pending, you may have done something bad. (Maybe a ToS violation?)

If iFastNet chose to refund you, and cancel your Premium Hosting subscription, and suspend you, then you did something very bad in their eyes.

Can you describe to us what your site did? Why it needed CRON? If you describe your site to us, it could help determine why your ticket keeps being set to Pending, and why you aren’t able to use Premium Hosting from iFastNet.

Did I miss something? Where did OP mention this?

Jri got that information from this screenshot:

Basically I just built a secured GLPI website for my students to train with IT infrastructure inventory and management.

Then I realized I needed Cron tasks to automate some features like notifications. So I decided to upgrade to a premium account because free ones have not access to Cron. I paid and waited for the site to be migrated to premium. About 30 min later my order has been cancelled for an unknown reason, I have been refunded then my free account has been disabled !

I have no idea why all this happened and I am not under the impression to have broken any rules.

A least I would like to be able to export the files and the db so I would not have to build the same site again.

Okay the case is “solved”.

They eventually deleted my account with no explanation.

The End :frowning:

That’s odd. iFastNet doesn’t usually delete accounts early, they would be required to hold on to the account for at least 30 days I think.

Are you sure they didn’t migrate your account to premium hosting? Looking at the screenshot again, they didn’t do so. This is very odd.

Sorry to hear that your account, along with all of its contents, were removed. Unfortunately, Free hosting doesn’t provide backups, so unless you have a backup of everything yourself, you have lost everything.
