I created a support ticket to see why my accounts were suspended, but it was closed at 4:15am, and now I can’t create another one. Later while checking, it was gone and I couldn’t see the ticket at all. All I want back is my data, particularly database data.
Your ticket was indeed closed, but you can create a new one.
You can view all previous suspension tickets on the Deactivation History page in the client area.
When I try to do that, it says “The selected domain is invalid”.
And which domain did you select?
