Account stuck on “Processing” – Please reset

Hello,
My hosting account for kpl.wuaze.com is stuck on the status “Processing” after I tried to deactivate it.
I do not want to deactivate it anymore — I need my domain to stay active.
Right now, I cannot reactivate or deactivate the account, and the dashboard shows an error.
Please reset the account status so I can continue using it normally.

Normally, deactivating an account should be pretty quick (less than 10 minutes), but something things go wrong and it takes a bit longer for the status to be updated.

In most cases, it should fix itself automatically after a while. But if there is really something wrong, that could take a few hours.

Once your account is fully deactivated, you’ll be able to reactivate it again yourself through the client area.

I just checked your account and I see you were able to reactivate it ~10 minutes after writing this post, so it seems that everything is resolved.
