Welcome to the forum

This means that there is a problem on the back end with accounts being set up, self suspended, reactivated and deleted.

If your account doesn’t fall into one of these catagories it doesn’t affect you.

As for the fix, that’s something for IFastNet to work out

This is a known issue at the moment, hopefully it gets resolved soon!

Thanks for the info. Newbie here; I assumed this was what it meant. I just did not want to assume without asking conclusively.

Yeah, I have that too. I accidentally deactivated the account, and it says “We’re updating your account… The page will refresh automatically when it’s done!” It’s been like that for almost 24 hours.
