My account if0_41276488 (domain: earlyeats.free.nf) was
suspended for abuse. Staff confirmed it was a false positive
and said it would be reactivated, but my website still shows
the suspended page.
I am a student running a college canteen ordering app for
educational purposes only.
Please manually review and fully lift the suspension.

It can take some time for the account to be reactivated. Either way, there is nothing we can do to help you here. Reply to the support ticket of the website is still suspended after a day.
It looks like your account is not “still” suspended, it was suspended again shortly after reactivation.
