Regarding the suspension of my website, there was no infraction or abuse.
The suspension was unfair, especially since I did not violate any privacy policy.
In short you’ll have to either wait the 24 hours if it’s a temporary suspension, or send a ticket directly inside the client area if it isn’t. Temporary suspensions can’t be overridden, and nobody on the forum can help you with either type.
Sorry to hear that your account has been suspended. Please be advised that suspensions are not handled by anyone here on the forum.
What type of suspension is it? If its due to hits limits or similar, then the suspension will be lifted after 24 hours. You can see this on the banner in your client area.
If its a suspension for “abuse” then the banner in your client area will give you the option to raise a ticket with IFastNet. However, there is no guarantee that they’ll unsuspend your account. In cases of extreme abuse (such as illegal content) they may choose not to reply to your ticket.
Although we can’t help unsuspend your account, if you’d like to share more details about the suspension, and the content of your website, then we can perhaps help understand why your site was suspended.
