I requested deletion of my InfinityFree account (if0_42539195). Normally this process completes within 2-3 minutes, but this time it has been stuck for more than 1 hour, still showing status “Deleting”. My website’s IP was 185.27.134.99. Please help complete this deletion manually, as I need to free up my account slot to create a new hosting account.

There have been problems with the 185.27.134.99 server. So things like deleting the account may take a little longer than normal

Hey dan3008, thanks for the update on the server status! The incident status shows it’s resolved now, but my account deletion request (if0_42539195) is still stuck in the queue. Could you please check and clear it manually when you get a moment? Thanks!

My account deletion request for if0_42539195 has been stuck for over 3 days now. I saw that the connectivity issues on server 185.27.134.99 were marked as resolved, but my account slot hasn’t cleared yet.

Could you please look into this backend queue and help manually clear or delete this account so I can free up my slot?

There’s no “team” and dan3008 is not staff. You need to wait for Admin.

The account was already deleted, but the background job that should fix it didn’t look at deleting accounts. That’s fixed now, and your account is now correctly marked as deleted.
