My website was deactivated on the 26th of june. Is it possible for me to retrieve my theme info or anything of the sort considering that its still less than a month?

Hello there,
Yes it is still possible, sites that are deactivated for more than 60 days will be deleted permanently but since yours is still on the 8th day of the deactivation period then you still can get all your necessary files that you want to get.
Go to the Client Area → Select the Hosting Account you want → Click the “Reactivate” button
Once reactivated, you can now access to your site’s contents again by either using the File Manager or an FTP client to download all the stuff you want to your local machine.
