Account creation temporarily not possible
Since May 19, 15:40 UTC, it’s no longer possible to create new hosting accounts. This is believed to be caused by an issue in the underlying hosting platform.
Which components are affected by this issue
Creation of new hosting accounts is not possible.
Existing hosting accounts are fully functional and are unaffected by this.
What issues may you see
When first trying to create a new hosting account, you will likely see the following error:
Unable to connect to the hosting system, please try again in a few minutes.
When attempting it again, you will likely see an error like this:
An account setup is already in progress for you. Please try again in a few minutes.
This last error will last for about 5 minutes, after which the first message will be shown again.
When will this issue be resolved
iFastNet has been informed about the issue, but we have not received a reply from them yet. We hope that it will be resolved later today.

There is nothing you can do to fix it yourself.
