I am writing to you regarding my account for the domain cincocaramelos.ct.ws.
My account control panel shows that the status is “Active”, and I have successfully uploaded all my website files and imported the database.
However, I am unable to access my website. When I try to visit https://cincocaramelos.ct.ws, the browser shows an ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error.
I have already performed a full DNS propagation check using multiple external tools (like dnschecker.org). The results confirm that the DNS records have fully propagated worldwide and are correctly pointing to your server’s IP address (185.27.134.218). This means the issue is not related to DNS propagation delays.
I have also performed the following troubleshooting steps:

Cleared my local DNS cache (ipconfig /flushdns).

Cleared my browser cache.

Checked my local hosts file.

Tested from different networks and devices (including mobile data).
The connection is being refused at the server level for both http (port 80) and https (port 443) requests.
Could you please check the server-side configuration for my account? It seems like the Virtual Host for cincocaramelos.ct.ws might not be correctly configured or activated on the web server, which would explain why it is actively refusing connections.
