accidently messed up my file permissions -- please remove 2 folders

Sorry, I messed up my file permissions.

Please remove the following two folders recursively:

/favoread.com/htdocs/protected
/favoread.com/htdocs/uploads

I cannot continue since last night as I do not have the permissions to delete them recursively.
