Have you bought a hosting account or just the domain name?

If you also bought hosting from iFastNet, you should NOT add the domain to our hosting, because then you’d be hosting it on free hosting even though you have a premium account.

If you have both the hosting account and domain name, please contact iFastNet for help. They are both the domain provider and hosting provider, so they can do everything to set it up for you.

And then please don’t go on a forum of a completely different company to ask for help. We can’t help you. You’ve paid a company for a service, please ask that company.

EDIT: One thing I noticed is that your domain appears to have DNSSEC enabled, which the free hosting nameservers do not support. So if you do want to host your domain on free hosting, please check with iFastNet that DNSSEC is disabled for your domain.

A simple comparison is like a mobile phone and a SIM card. You need both for people to be able to call you.

The phone is the hosting account, it’s the thing you actually hold in your hand to make calls. It’s what has your call logs, contacts, etc. But for people to be able to call you, you also need a phone number, and a SIM card so the phone can use that phone number. That’s basically what a domain name does.
