I registered my domain slavisamediabox.42web.io on October 12… I checked the dsn records, cname mx and txt records and everything was fine… 80 hours have passed and my domain is not registered… I checked on google search console…I need a domain to connect to the google site…yes, it is a free domain, but this is already taking a long time…if I had money, I would not take a free domain, I would buy one…please please tell me if the domain will be registered soon and what should I do???

You don’t need to add any MX records for epizy.com because free hosting does not provide email support

Add your site into the search console as a URL prefix, not a domain.

Then you can verify it using the HTML or meta tag methods.

I would also recommend you install an SSL certificate on your site first. That way
you can enter the HTTPS protocol address and ensure it’s the one Google indexes.

That means you’re trying to add the property as a domain and not as a URL prefix like I instructed.
Please remove the property from the search console and start over, following the guide Oxy linked to.
