When we move a file in light mode, the directory names don’t appear; they only appear in dark mode. This isn’t a criticism, just a suggestion: in light mode, you could use black text instead of white.

InfinityFree does not control the file manager, you should suggest this to @ifastnet.

1. Admin explicitly stated once that InfinityFree users shouldn’t contact iFastNet directly about free hosting issues.
2. Even if one would like to, then the inquiry should be sent to the iFastNet support website (support[dot]ifastnet[dot]com) instead of to a not actively monitored account on this forum.

I wasn’t intending for them to message the forum profile, I didn’t even think that it was active. I just simply put the @ before it because why not?

Apparently it misleads people. Even if your sole purpose is to beautify the post.
When people can click something, they click it. Making people click on an inactive and hidden forum account is for obvious reasons worse than an official website.

Thanks! I’ve submitted the issue upstream to be fixed.

And just to be clear: posting it here is the right thing to do. Even though I cannot fix any issue with the file manager on my own, I do coordinate the communication between any issues here and iFastNet. They also sometimes check here, but me relaying it is usually faster.

iFastNet doesn’t provide support to InfinityFree users directly, and I don’t think that messaging the ifastnet account on this forum is really an effective measure.

Because it implies that the right way to report these issues is to message that account. Which is not how it works, and can lead to useful information being lost or severely delayed.
