Hello. I was wondering if you could help me!
I’ve changed my domain nameservers to:
ns1.byet.org
ns2.byet.org
tried the “addon domain” to “velasnet.com”
and it says: “velasnet.com is already assigned and in use.2” ???
Please can you help me set up my domain so it creates it’s own folder with htdocs in??

This means you have used this domain in the past on another reseller hosting provider managed by iFastNet. Please contact iFastNet at http://Support.iFastNet.com and register with the email you registered your old hosting account with and request to have the domain removed from the clusters. You may need to send a screenshot of domain ownership.
“Hello, I would like my domain something.org to be removed from your cluster. He’s proof of my domain ownership http://image.site/image”
Your domain is currently hosted with icycoolhosting.com, another host with whom we share some infrastructure. You will need to remove the domain from icycoolhosting.com before you can host it with us.

Edit : Strange, I’m sure I made a post here saying to remove it from the other provider.
