A site doesn't work with new ssl certificate with new https address

I installed ssl certificate (ZeroSSL) and replaced site from http to https. How long does it take to make a new site address work?

The site address currently is http://nslib.great-site.net/. But not with https

According to the SSL Checker no certificates were found. Have you verified it’s actually installed?
I believe the client area mentions something about it taking some minutes to be installed and displayed properly, but check if it shows as “Issued” and installed.
