Welcome to the InfinityFree community forum! Good to have you here.

  • Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
  • Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
  • AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
  • Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.

Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look.

I think this is Google’s automated scanner flagging your site, not a problem with the hosting. Our article on these warnings says Google Safe Browsing (which powers Chrome’s warning) flags sites with bots and AI, and the exact reason is often hard to pin down. It also says the cause can be a compromised site, vulnerable scripts or forms, or a false positive.

Your hosting account was created earlier today, so the flag came within hours of the site going up. That makes me wonder what the scanner saw on a brand-new site, but I can’t tell which of those causes it is from here.

The article’s fix is to use the Security Issues page in Google Search Console to see what Google found. Then remove or fix whatever it points at, and click “Request a review”. Google then checks the site by hand and lifts the block if it’s clean.

The article is here:

Two things would help narrow it down:

  • Does Search Console list any sample URLs under “Deceptive pages”? If it does, which ones?
  • What do the pages ask visitors to do? For example, is there a login or sign-up form, or a page where people enter personal details? Does anything look like another well-known site or brand?

Someone else recently reported the same “Deceptive pages” warning with no sample URLs. I don’t know whether the cause is the same, but it’s the closest match I found:

I simplified your message to make it easier to understand for others in a recent attempt to streamline support requests.

Unfortunately it is Google safe browsing flagging your website, not us, so we cannot really help you with this matter. I do see that your website is redirecting to a login page right away, while malfunctioning right now, Google really doesn’t like websites that only comes with a login page. Try at least adding a proper landing page.
