Today i decided to use the InfintyFree service but there is something i need to ask. I will use Free Hosting service on website but the hosting will include my personal website. I will use that website for information about me and contact sections for job offers. Does this count as Commercial use? I have no information about what is Commercial use.

You are allowed to do so, but make sure to comply with the TOS and the fair usage policy 
. If you need more server resources (if the business get bigger), consider upgrading to premium hosting. Also InfinityFree recommends iFastNet.com.
InfinityFree can be used for both comercial and personal use. It is completely free forever, but if you need higher limits or features you can upgrade. As long as you follow the TOS, you’ll be just fine.
