When I visited my site https://urf-frmx.page.gd, it only worked when I was logged into my account. But now even when I login, that subdomain only responds after I access the file manager. If I don’t, I see a “site not found” error in my browser. Due to it, others can’t also access it. What should I do?

How long has it been since you set it up? If it’s less than 72 hours you might need to wait for DNS propergation
“Site not found” sounds like a DNS issue to me. If the website is new, it could still be a bit flaky due to DNS caching, which should resolve itself automatically after 72 hours at most (but usually less).
Still, I would also like to urge you to very carefully check the URL you actually have, and whether it matches the URL you think you have. If the View Website buttons in the client area work but typing it yourself does not, then that might just mean the domains are different. You’re far from the first person to make a typo while choosing a domain name and consistently overlook it afterward.
