A problem with the hosting volume vol7_5

Since yesterday our website has been down (if0_35061495)…
“404! We couldn’t find that page”.

Although I have a full backup, I can no longer access by ftp. I log in normally to VistaPanel, but the only thing I can access is the database via phpMyAdmin (if0_35061495_wp899). Access via Monsta FTP (Online File Manager) is also impossible. It now only stores host, port and username information. Password and initial directory are empty. Even when I manually enter the ftp password and home directory the response is “Error! FTP authentication failed”. Softaculous also does not access the installation: “Something went wrong, please allow 20 minutes then retry”.

WinSCP: “Disconnected from server. Connection failed. Home directory not available - aborting”

This sounds like this issue, although that one is for vol7_7:

Have you tried resetting your account’s password via the client area?

Update: a migration is also being performed on vol7_6, so it’s likely yours is affected too:
