A few questions reguarding InfinityFree and iFastnet

Pulled my website off of my previous host due to their increase in rate. Doing as done a couple of years ago, put site up on free server, see how it runs, then purchase if satisfied. Was about to look elsewhere, until saw a post stating you and iFastnet are not the same companies.

Site has been on here for a week or so, but just started setting it up yesterday. Had bare-bones on the server, plugins partially added. Went over CPU limit adding one post and attempting to add three plugins. Not sure, may have exceeding CPU limits attempting to add one of the plugins through WordPress (failed the couple times tried)

Noticed the server settings hinder downloading and adding plugins and templates through Wordpress, gotta go old-school; unzip, upload, then go through admin. Also noticed today that the server fails on updating plugins. Not sure if due to CPU restrictions, PHP settings, or what. May set safemode if cannot be answered here.

Assuming you get a commission when a member upgrades, so hoping you can answer my questions, for iFastnet has no live communication options.

******************** QUESTIONS HERE ******************************

Are the websites you host on iFastnet servers?

If so, will Premium Plan allow me to setup and run a basic WordPress site without tripping CPU limits in the first few hours? (setting up Jetpack, WP-Optimize, and NAV-Menu-Roles tripped CPU limit)

Do you know if their server setting will allow WordPress updates to function?

It is caused by the maximum time limit of 20 seconds; if the time limit is exceeded the plugins fail to update; also, if the file reaches the limit of 10 MBs it can’t be installed / updated properly.

Yes, they are on iFastNet servers.

With Premium Hosting you will have higher resource limits, and more features, and some limits that are on free hosting are increased or removed, so you can update WordPress plugins and themes (and also WordPress) without a problem.

Thanks for the fast reply.
Noticed they have a 7 day money back guarantee, may as well give them a try.

To add onto this, the free hosting servers are not the same as the premium servers.
