Other Information
newbie here, on 7/17 - created new infinityfree account using your free domain hosting. Still getting SSL error. Not sure if I have to request a certificate from you (there are none in my list)?? Cleared my windows cache, etc. Help topics in forum were mostly about if a person brought their own domain - which is way more advanced for me. Thanks!

looks to be working fine to me. Can you try pinging your website (the ping itself will fail) and see if it shows the same IP address as in your dashboard?
Its possible your ISP are blocking the connection (assuming your mobile is on your wifi)

It did the ping on my computer, results are the same ip address as the dashboard. So, I just turned off wifi on my phone, used data and I can see the website on my phone!! Yay!!
Looks like Xfinity is blocking the website from my wifi connected devices. I think I saw some topics about that on the forum, so I’ll do some research on that.
