I’m trying to send an email to a person. In the email, I entered my website url. I never had any issues so far except for this solitary situation. The email cannot be delivered because of the aforementioned problem.

What does it mean?
How do I resolve it?

Hello @MHPO-Adm, there was a server IP error earlier, and that could have been causing the issue. Try again now, and it it does not work, please let us know.

It would seem that either your email provider or the email provider of the recipient is using spam filters related to this “spamrl.com” database.

If you navigate to that website, you’ll see instructions on how to get your email through. As far as I can tell there is no way to do anything about this as a hosting provider or domain owner.

Thank you for your reply. It must be from the recipient’s server then as I had no issues with other people.
