Try this:

Cannot access my site via FTP Hosting Support

Probably your ISP is rewriting the FTP server IP for that hostname, as that doesn’t seem to be the right IP… Can you try to use ftp.epizy.com or 185.27.134.11 as host instead? If it works with one of those, you might need to use a VPN to connect to the hostname you were using before.
