There’s a 502 Error on most sites here, Including mine.
But I think this is just tempoary issue, please wait 1-6 hours, the issue should resolve on its own.
Please don’t spam the admin for this issue.
This is a free service and a lot of peapole is using this service and sometimes the server could get overloaded.
Premium service’s does not GUARANTEE 100% Free of 50X error, but atleast it should be a lot more unlikely to happen.
Also depending on what Premium service you choose, you could even get a service worser than InfinityFree but PAID.
Always check for reviews on the Internet.

Nope, Admin presence or not does not affect the server performance.
Not like most workers, when boss is present, you work faster but when he’s/she’s away, you play.
Server does not work like that and it will continue to work no matter what.
The most reasonable reason is the server is overloaded.

That wasn’t what I meant. I mean with it being the holidays, less staff means more problems. I would know, I work for McDonald’s. The less staff we have, the worse the problems are and the longer it takes to rectify them.

The server will serve the request no matter where the admin/staff is.
And 1 fact you MUST KNOW!
This Service (InfinityFree) does not have it’s server, this service is SPONSORED and the SPONSOR own and operate the server.
The Admin, only helps problems by reporting them, answering question and appeal suspension.
I have my own free hosting company like this one too and I know how it works.
Also if the operator of the server goes on vacation and any types of error occured, there’s always someone there to fix it because the sponsor is actually a large sponsor that sponsored hundreds of service’s like this.
It will be very unlikely to have everyone going on vacation without any backups.

They also have proper monitoring in place so they can detect and address issues as soon as they arise. So before you finished writing your forum post, the server admins are already working on it. And by the time I see your forum post, the issue is already resolved.
Of course, it’s very frustrating is your website is down. It makes you angry and you want to do whatever you can to bring the website back online. But please understand that posting about this on the forum will do absolutely nothing to bring your website back online.
