Other Information

Hello,

I have migrated a wordpress website to infinity free. I used ‘prime mover’ plugin. The website works correctly, I can see the main page and other pages, but when I open a post to view it, I see a blank page, and the above errors in the console. The HTML is being loaded, but not completely (all article page content is loaded but the that I use to see in my previous host, which is still online btw, do not show up anymore).
I upgraded many plugins, since the PHP version of infinity free is newer than my old host (8.2 vs 7.4). But still. One plugin I have, setka-editor, cannot be upgraded, but I don’t think this is the issue, becasue I don’t use this plugin in most of my posts.

This is an example post page where the issue occurs:
Ű”Ù†Űč لŰčۚ۩ Platformer – Ű„Ű¶Ű§ÙŰ© ŰŽŰźŰ”ÙŠŰ© وŰȘŰŰ±ÙŠÙƒÙ‡Ű§ Animating – Ù…Ű±Ű§ŰÙ„

I have enabled WP_DEBUB and WP_DEBUG_LOG but I do not see a debug.log file in the wp-content. Plus, I don’t think the internal error will show up in the wp_debug logs. I have removed WP_DEUBG_LOG to make the logs appear on screen, but I only see ‘deprecation warnings’ about the sekta-editor and some other plugins.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this,

Many thanks.

The Javascript on your page is hiding the actual error message output, but if you check the page source, you can see the following error message:

WP_DEBUG mode is enabled, and these are the only error messages shown, so I suspect that these issues are what’s causing your code to crash.

Searching the web for more information tells me that this is probably a bug in the plugins listed, which means that there is not a lot you can do about it. However, you should definitely update your plugins (at least the ones listed in the error messages) to their latest versions and see if that help. If it doesn’t, you could also try disabling them temporarily to see if it solves the issues you’re having.

Thanks a lot for your reply!
I have upgraded/deactivate the plugins, but the page load issue is still there. These notices no longer show up as expected.

If I upgrade to a paid plan, would this fix the issue? Maybe it is some limitation in the free plan?

I also see this error in the browser console.

It is repeated multiple times.

The page does render for me now, which I think is good progress!

Tracking Prevention is a specific feature from Microsoft Edge that’s supposed to, well, protect you from online trackers. I don’t have Edge so I can’t test it myself.

No, your hosting plan is not the problem here. The issue you’re seeing are all bugs or compatibility issues in your website software, and those will appear regardless of where the website is hosted.
