ERROR: 500 Internal Server Error
FULL ERROR IN FIREFOX:
Looks like there’s a problem with this site
http://stemcellsafari.epizy.com/ might have a temporary problem or it could have moved.
Error code: 500 Internal Server Error
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
DASHBOARD:
When I log in, the site is ACTIVE.
Under “FILE MANAGER” / “STATUS” says “Not Found”
BUT, I can click on “File Manager” and it loads, so it is actually there and visible.
Now, I know I have had problems with Wordpress in the recent past and my site has been showing a blank page. I know I’ve been needing to update the core Wordpress files.
My question is, did InfinityFree do anything, and why did it go from a blank page to this Error Page… and why does my File Manager status say Not Found, when it is in fact there?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Ok, so I have read some on this problem that others have posted about… I should have done that first before getting in such a rush to post my issue.
My issue still exists, but at least now I know it’s likely the .htaccess file… which I have more than one of with Wordpress.
Also, last time I was working on my site, I did alter those files, so I obviously messed something up.
I’ll look into correcting those files… I’m pretty sure I backed them up!
Hopefully that will get me back to the blank screen, so I can proceed with updating the core Wordpress files.
Thanks for listening!

Well good news but not sure how it happened. I edited my htaccess file back to normal and voila, my site showed up! Now this really doesn’t make sense, because like I mentioned, I was having problems prior to messing with the htaccess file and seeing a blank screen. I’m not complaining though… it’s been at least 9 months since I’ve actually seen my site! Happy to report all is well!
