in browser this error: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Try accessing your site through a VPN, its not uncommon for ISP’s to block free hosting domains.

I’ve set up a 42web.io subdomain (http://danielradcliffe.42web.io/) to test and it seems to be working, so its not a domain issue.

If you’d like to share the link to your domain, I’m happy to take a look see if it works from the UK

ha ha that’s good. but my ISP has nothing to do with your backbone and your firewall. have to buy a VPN to access the site ? no, i don’t buy.

I’m not a member of staff, just another user trying to help you. So please don’t have a dig at me.

Infinity free’s security systems are unlikely to block you. But I know my ISP regularly block infinity free subdomains so I can’t access them.

Can you access the site I shared?

Can you share a link to your site so we can see what happens when others try to access it?

Are you getting a specific error message?

And can you access the site through a free VPN like operagx’s built in VPN?

No, but your ISP has everything to do with their backbone and their firewall. And they could be blocking access to our hosting too.

So could your router, your DNS resolver, your network administrator or your virus scanner.

All other websites on the 42web.io domain are working fine for everyone except for you as far as I can tell.

Right now, it’s just as likely to be a problem on your end as it is to be on our end. And I’m not aware of any issues on our end.

Regardless, to be able to get anywhere with this, we need to do some troubleshooting. And given that the issue only appears to be happening for you, that means we’ll need you to check things to find out more.

If you could answer the questions asked by @dan3008, that would be a great start.

I have many webpages, but all are there for experimental.
One of my favorite webpage is my picture server, installed by softaculus.
https://fdph2.42web.io/index.html
my hole family is looking of this pictures, they are very beautiful.
No one can access it any more, since tuesday.

Right I can see the site from my end:

I’ve tried with my VPN in UK, USA, Canada and India. All get the same results.

Ifis that the page you were expecting?

If not, is it possible you’ve done something like tried to use the site.pro editor in error?

Also, can you share a screenshot of what you see when viewing the site?

and my ticket system is also under construction ? https://usertickets.42web.io/u/?i=1
unbelieveable …

Ok the under construction page is nothing to do with being blocked, it’s just the index file on that account.

Have you made any changes like trying to use the site.pro builder that might change things?

The ticket one seems to work fine for me

So that’s possibly a cache issue. Try clearing your cache and looking again

datapackage goes until UK and then it is ending.
your firewall is blocking.

You can’t use traceroutes to test the connection. InfinityFree’s servers block those, as well as ping requests. Actually, your traceroute looks like one should for a working connection. Longboardcruiserspt.free.nf in visible to me only with VPN connection - #7 by SimpleInfinity

When you visit your sites, what do you see?

Because at the moment it looks like everything is working

Edit
Correction, https://usertickets.42web.io/u/?i=1 is now showing a suspended website error.

Details of what’s happened will be in your client area
