429 Too Many Requests - Scanner activity detected
when i open my website from another wifi iis can open but if i open with my wifi before this happen it cannot open and it say 429 Too Many Requests - Scanner activity detected. How long do I have to wait for my wifi to be able to open this website again?

The error your seeing suggest that when you try and access the site, something on your computer\network is triggering the anti scanner security. There isn’t a specific timeout for this. But you do need to work out what is causing this to be triggered. The first thing I’d do is try an incognito window on your browser. If that fixes the problem then it’s most likely that a plugin on your browser is causing the problem.
Just a quick aside, there is only free hosting here. Premium hosting is provided by IFastNet, and we can’t offer much support for it on the forum
so its will restric my ip in my wifi for a while?

Not as far as I understand it.
Its only blocking that individual session because of the unusual activity. However, if it happens too much, it could cause an IP block
