seems like you having FTP issues please fix it !

it worked yesterday and with no changes on my side it isn’t working today , and no its not my internet …

im getting this message on filezilla “421 Home directory not available - aborting”

Are you able to access it via the online file manager, or another FTP client?

What happens if my Hosting Volume is not working correctly

Your hosting volume holds your website files, so if the hosting volume doesn’t work, quite a few things will break.

On your website, you may see the following errors:

• Some kind of Connection Timed Out error (varies by browser)
• Some kind of Connection Refused error (varies by browser)
• A page saying “404! We couldn’t find that page.”.

When connecting to FTP, you may see errors like this:

• 421 Home directory not available
• A “Connection timed out” after a PASS **** command.

If that’s the case, then we’ll wait for some light to be shed on the situation soon.
