Thank you.

I just checked your account and it seems to be working fine now. It looks like there may have been temporary issue with your hosting volume, but it seems to have been resolved already.

I get the same message: “421 Home directory not available - aborting”.

I have a new account and have never tried FTP. I have changed passwords and tried over several days. I am using FileZilla.

Help, please?

Thanks!

OK, fixed it, kinda. I created another account. I can now connect using FileZilla and Online File Manager. Deleted the old account.

So, the original account just did not get set up properly?

That’s very well possible. It has also happened in the past (very rarely) that accounts could get corrupted and the files would disappear. That’s like a 0.001% percent chance, but it does happen.

Haha, so I’m a 0.001 percenter? I should buy a lottery ticket! Or not?

Thanks for the reply!
