When I try to open my site -

It says that “404! We couldn’t find that page. Please check to make sure you’ve typed the URL correctly.This webserver is CaSe SenSiTiVe so ensure capital letters in the URL match the files uploaded.” Even when I opened the site from a different device, I faced the same problem.
I can’t even access my file manager. Its logged out.

Please check if you have uploaded your website to the htdocs folder instead of root, in case you’ve deleted the folder, re-create and move everything in and it should work again.

Only the account holder has the information to view the files, and you should not share credentials on this forum.
To solve the issue, try viewing files via FTP or file manager and see if there is a /htdocs folder at the very top of the tree.
If it exists along with other files, move all your files inside the htdocs folder and it should be solved.

I cannot access my file manager, it asks for a login when I open the file manager.

Login to your client area and you should see a section that says FTP, from there you should see a set of credentials, use those to login the file manager.

I am still not being able to login, it says “too many incorrect login attempts. Please try again in 5 minutes.” I have waited much more than 5 minutes.
