Ok, that was an issue with filezilla, which for some reason declared finishing the transfers but left out a few files, several times. I’m sure to have to selected all the folder but whatever :-/

You never know to whom it might be useful to. People may run into the same problem, and when they see your post, they might be inclined to check and see that not everything was transferred.
