We don’t block parts of the world, and we definitely don’t show a 404 error if it does. Also, no one in this topic is from the US.
Your website is working fine for me too. My best guess is that it could be caused by browser caching. Or it might be fixed for you too now.
strange I can access the website fine but this tool shows that the name servers are unavailable everywhere !
