There are a number of reasons that you could be having problems. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error your getting?
Given your title says 404 error, my initial guess is that your page is directing to another page on your site thats missing. Or possibly that you’re missing an index.html or index.php file in the root of your htdocs folder. If thats the case, there will be an error on your dashboard saying so.
Another thing to consider is if your site is less than 72 hours old, DNS resolution may not have completed. This wouldn’t usually cause a 404 error, but I have seen some browsers display the DNS error as a 404 error.
The domain mbwr-ms.xo.je does not appear to be assigned to any hosting account right now. Please assign it to a hosting account to be able to setup a website on it.
