404 error, htdocs missing, can't FTP

MonstaFTP and web2ftp

Additional information:

I have recently (past 2 weeks) set up an account on InfinityFree with my domain links-p.cf which I got on freenom. This was working fine until today, where I tried to access my domain and I got the above error page.

I then attempted to FTP into my domain and got the incorrect password. However, I can still access CPanel and my account correctly. I then proceeded to change my password, which had no effect. After this I had a look in the custom error pages section of CPanel and was given this message:

It appears the document root for the domain name links-p.cf does not exist, please contact support 89347349288

What should I do in this situation?

I am having the same problem. After 2 months of good service, I am suddenly getting 404 errors. Unable to access my site! Unable to use FTP! The problem exists on my smart phone as well (so, it’s not my computer that is causing the problem). What gives?

Is the only solution using another web host?
