404 error and no index file after switching from another hosting company to Infinityfree

My website: ditmenavi.xyz

Hi, recently i’ve transferred my website from another hosting company (U Host Full) to Infinityfree. Then i setup my account and everything as normal and waited for a full day.
What i would expect is a welcome page from Infinityfree and i’m ready to install Wordpress and stuffs but everything is just a blank page with “Index of /” right at my face
The next day i created my 3rd account and deleted my addon domains and everything on my 2nd account to transfer it to my new account. Now the Index problem is gone but now my page shows a 404 error when i visit my page.
I have quite little knowledges about web hosting so sorry if you think this problem is dumb or unprofessional.

Can you show your nameservers? You should not be mixing them, ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com only. Also, remember that new domains can take some time to start working, like the banner in the client area says.

Yes i’ve changed my nameservers to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com a few hours before i added my domain.

by the way those 2 nameservers are default nameservers of the company i bought my domain

You need to remove the other two nameservers. You can never mix nameservers, as your website won’t work.

i don’t think so, my website worked absolutely normal with my old hosting company

Then you got lucky. What do those nameservers do anyway?

This is what I see:

Remember that new accounts also take time to update, not everything is instantaneous. Mixing nameservers might also be the cause of some problems in the future, and your website might not always load correctly.

As a rule of thumb: never mix nameservers.

If you have two sets of nameservers, that means half of the time visitors will connect to our nameservers (and see your website) and half of the time will connect to your registrars nameservers and see whatever is configured in there.

Just because YOU could see your website by sheer luck, that doesn’t mean it wasn’t broken for half of your visitors.

So it’s quite long since when i removed those default nameservers and still no improve jet.

I still got this error

4 hours is not long at all. Wait 72 hours, clear your cache, and try again.
